I would say yes. 

I don't have a bunch of moves, but I understand choreography basics... 4 or 8 counts, repeat movements in opposite directions, use your hands and face, vary your body/head height, and obviously have rhythm. 

I took a few years of ballet in grade and middle school, so I know my foot and arm positions and how to snap turn. I would like to take ballet at a low level as an adult again but that's more of a lottery win future goal.  

I'm into DDR freestyle, but I'm not great and my anxiety overwhelms me when I honestly try for some weird autistic reason. I play DanceRush when I can and that's taught me how to t-step and spongebob along with running man.

I know a fair number of parapara routines. I've been into パラパラ for as long as I've been into DDR. I've recorded a few RL and virtual parapara vids over the years. Here's a recent unlisted video: https://youtu.be/cr_7xJQdO_4

Even if I'm not the best, I like dancing and if I'm somewhere and there is music I am moving... home, the car, the store.
